Here are a bunch of tartans that people have recently requested. They each are only for men and women because I really don't have enough time to make them for everyone. Let me know if you want more.

This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
