Haven't seen many swim in heels either.
So I put some heels on my swimsuit model mesh and made four swimsuits. Four for this mesh and four for the first mesh which can be found HERE
I encourage recoloring but please don't upload my mesh to the exchange or any other pay site. As for these they come in red, blue, yellow, and black.
They seem to like them. I hope you do to.
