OK! This lot is a great start for any one of your sims who want to keep up with the ages! Inside of this starter home, you will get all of these benefits...

To make this more descrptive though, i will go indepth! well. this lot will only give you 6 simoleans to spend, well, keep before you have to pay taxes. so i suggest getting a jog a.s.a.p. once you get some good money, you can fish and possibly open some sort of small fish vending area! all and all though, this lot has all of the basic nessesities, and some! i never use custom content in any of my lots. i know i am just starting uploading on this site, but you can expect to see more and more of my creations piling up! remeber to say thanks if you like this!
