Ok, now that that is out of the way, i will start explaining what this delicate little lot contains!

Ok, by looking at it from the out side, you probably wouldn’t have guessed that this tiny little wonder of a house contains all of the following!



Living room
Dining room
Eat in kitchen
2 bathrooms
2 bedrooms (3 sims)
Office
AND Deck

Price - 19,900





That is AMAZING you are probably thinking! Well, thats because for me, it is! This was my VERY FIRST request. It actually went through a TON of different layouts until I found this one to be most fitting. I managed to fit in everything that was requested for this tiny little lot and then the extra office and bathroom which really makes it special. I sincerely hope that not only the requester likes it but you all as downloaders do, too!

So, now I will transition into why you MUST have this house!

Ok, Betty was one of your most complicated sims. Her whole family grew up in poverty and to top it off, she had to drop out of school because she was impregnated with an alien baby. Luckily she managed to get married before the bundle of joy arrived! But now that he is older and has outgrown his crib, he needs a proper place to sleep, but room in their current house isn't sufficient enough.

OH! What about the new house on the block!? Not only does it have ALL of the necessary requirements, the yellow color of the house has GREAT contrast against the green tinged skin of the alien child! Once again the day is saved thanks to Sunside!

Incase you were wondering how the story ends, turns out that the house was a tiny place holder until they found a lottery ticket and won some big $$$. First the decided to check out some larger lots, but they new what it was like to grow up in harsh conditions and have little to survive off of. So, the donated the remaining money to put a roof over peoples heads and get them started on a life that can finally be lived to it's fullest!

So, I hope you liked the story that goes along with this house, i had some fun
writing it and it has a little bit of a meaning behind it! So, I will round this up with some thank yous and such. Until next time
