This is the first of a set of Thailand inspired room sets I am currently working on.

The second set, a Thailand inspired dining room is available here.

I have always had a fascination with Thai cuisine and decor, so I decided to try to capture some of Thailand's beauty for my Sims (since I am unable to visit in person). The fabric texture I used is from some Thai silk that I have and I have tried to use the Thai language on the canisters as well as on the chalkboard.

The kitchen is a recolor of Steffor's Joy kitchen at Avalon. This recolored set includes 4 cabinets, 4 counters, sink, stovetop, table/hutch, tea kettle & tray, wine & box, knives, and chalkboard.

The meshes for this set can be found at the link provided below (not included in order to keep the recolor zip file smaller).

From my knowledge, this set should be compatible with the base game.
