Anything I make is file-share friendly and can be used in screenshots and in lots (the original meshes may not be, so always refer to the original mesh creator for guidelines in that regard).

I am always open for requests and suggestions, but bear in mind that at this point I can only recolor.

This creator has no TOU!

If in doubt, it may be good to contact them if you have a question about using their assets for your own upload. However, the creator not having a TOU could mean they don't mind what happens with their content and you can use their assets as you wish.
