June 21, 2008 - Updated bench to not allow pets to use it.

July 27, 2007 Added chair that does not max aspiration for phaenoh!

Please only use one of the chairs as they have the same GUI.

The chair in the set file give toddlers max aspiration.

I've created another set for your toddlers to have their own sized park bench and chair for your parks and bbq areas.

I've used the repository technique for textures. For those unfamilar with this technique...it means that the textures are used from an item maxis created, which saves a lot of space in your download directory. Also makes the files smaller as the texture portion is usually the largest portion of a custom content file. To recolor these you need to recolor the maxis park bench or park chair, any recolors created for the maxis item will work with these also.

Both items are found under General/Child. I believe I set the price of the chair at 75 simoleons and the bench at 100 simoleons.
