The Buddies Starter is a hollyday mountain cottage for fishing and skiing.
Why Buddies ? Just because it is made for 4 sims and there is no double beds but bunk beds.
In the basement there is the community bedroom (pic with screenshots), upstairs there is a large main room (attic windows are decorative).

In the rar file you will find, from somebody I like very much, the Inge Jones SharedIsSofaASectionalGlobal.package to make functionnal the blake_boy's dana modular sofa, place it in your download folder.

Don't be affraid if you see Seasons, pics. I built and packaged it with EP1to3 with the Numenor's BGS then tested it with Ep1to6 for the snowy pics. So It is really a 100% OFB lot.
