This lot is especially dedicated to sylvie.f1, she friendly allows me to upload her nice homecrafter stuff.
It is a big house with 4 double bedrooms and a nursery. It is built on a liveable basement with garage, wine cave, game/boxroom, boiler room.
On the ground floor you have an office, the kitchen, the formal dining room and a large living room with chimey.
Using the spirals stairs you access the 1st level where are 2 large bedrooms and the nursery. On the last level there are 2 bedrooms with study corner.
Due to the house size the garden is not very large but you will find there some place to rest and play. Of course you can enlarge the lot with andi8104 lot expander.
