Philip K. Dick village - The Easy To Play project - Lot 4 by lamammaforever

Hi there.
This is the lot nr 4 which is part of the P.K.Dick Village collection, quite small modern and very playable houses, for sims - this is important - with a zen vision of the world.

The Lot 4 is tailored for a couple and 1 kid, or in any case for 3 sims..
The ground floor: little but functional living room, large and comfortable kitchen-studio with stairs which lead to above, and one bath.
The second floor: Bath tub area, master bedroom, kid room and bath.
In the master bedroom there's the tunnel which leads to the work room, where can be placed tha several work station or lab equipments of the little mad sims.
From there, it can be reached the elevator for the telescope, on the roof.

The house features also the garage with the tunnel transparent fence, a large and nice pool and a lovely garden corner with the cupid funtain.

There are little gates around and near the entrance which can be locked so you can avoid that visitors and animals walk all around.
Alarms in discrete points.

NOTE: I erased the terrain from emerald at TSR, but the Cleaninstaller still registers it along with the other CCs, so I think it's included. No way to clean the lot of it and finally it's better keep it for avoiding the flashing damned thing.

Cleaned, checked and tested in game, for 4 sim days.
I have all EPs and stuff packs, so probably you need the same for running this lot.
IMPORTANT note for Mehrlicht (and for all of you who love the pixelated dammned little people hehe): no sims were sacrified for testing this lot.

Please, do not upload anywhere (including Exchange) and do not claim at yours, at least and mostly because the CCs creators spent a lot of time in realizing something such gorgeous. If someone else would like to have it, just tell them to come here on MTS2.
