Big Family House, very easy to play( NL&UNI REQ) Edit: added NO_EP_REQ

I think this house is very beautiful, so I made it for my Sims.

On the first floor there is a garage, that can hold up to 3 cars, plus you have two spots outside. There is also a gym and one additional room for aspiration/career objects or any junk

On the second floor is the living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bathrooms( + space to add more later), 2 littler bedrooms for kids and one master bedroom. And a balcony where you can relax for a chat, or have your barbeque.

On the third floor you have a study room, balcony and some space that i reffer as an attic, but can be transffered to any room.

This House is very easy to play beacause main living space is on the second floor, so you don't have to jump up and down that much.

It's very rearrengible, for example, you can add pool downstairs, add more bedrooms, studyrooms or whatever you like in case of the growing family

It costs fully furnished ~179000
not furnished ~62000

*There are no hacks and/or custom content in this package.

:nod: It requires both Nightlife and University to play with both versions, cause it has, at least, columnes from university and driveways from nightlife, maybe something else.

P.S. in the unfurnished version I forgot to place some doors and also windows in the garage, nothing critical, shouldn't be a problem to place them by youselfs.
