Philip K. Dick Village - Lot 8 - Equilibrium 2 by lamammaforever

Hi there.
This is a new modern and cool lot of the P.K.Dick Village collection, designed for sims with a zen vision of the world.

I started building Equilibrium one day of the far March, I was never satisfied with the final result and continued to make changes, not really on the structure itself but there were always a wall, a decoration, a tree or something else which disturbed the whole look.
Finally I was not able at all to understand which version was the final one, so ... re-started from the beginning, taking only the original plan. That's why this is Equilibrium 2, the many nr 1 I have in the work-on-progress folders are a total mess.

As my tradition, this lot is tailored for a couple and 1 kid, or in any case for 3 sims.
The ground floor: large living, large kitchen, a studio and a bath.
The corners are decorated with transparent walls and columns, wrapped around water and flowers, really zen.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, another bathroom and space for music and fitness.
Garden: car place, little pond, telescope, pool, patio and barbeque.

NOTE about recolors of maxis stuff: because we are back to the time when maxis recolors are not detected and packaged with the lot, I've added a file for my lovely blue maxis tiki loveseat, but I was not able to include the torquoise maxis Tablablanca recolors by Ms Barrows. Anyway, since she used the repository thing, I hope that you get it together with the endtable (which is included). If not, please forgive me and pay some minutes for checking the posts of maxis match to the Tablablanca serie by MsBarrows

There are little gates around and near the entrance which can be locked so you can avoid that visitors and animals walk all around.
Alarms in discrete points.

Cleaned, checked and tested in game, for many many many sim days in the various versions.
I have all EPs and stuff packs, so probably you need the same for running this lot.
IMPORTANT note for Mehrlicht (and for all of you who love the pixelated dammned little people hehe): no sims were sacrified for testing this lot.

Please, do not upload anywhere (including Exchange) and do not claim at yours, at least and mostly because the CCs creators spent a lot of time in realizing something such gorgeous. If someone else would like to have it, just tell them to come here on MTS2.
As far as my walls and floors and the recolor of maxis tiki loveseat, obviously you can use them, I'll be very glad.
