Thanks to Sims2You, NeptuneSuzy, Elau, and Things4Sims for the walls, floors, and stairs used in this build.

Simple modern home featuring a glass roof over the middle section of the house as well as a glass roof over the patio in the back with doors leading out. Pool included as well as a small garden out front, car garage and outdoor lighting.

Very spacious with a large open floor plan on the first level as well as on the second level. Small roof areas on the left and right side of the build can be used as a study or office, simply add a door for entrance.

This is my first upload to MTS2. My bf wasn't happy with any of the "modern" homes he found, so I tried to design something he would like, and came up with this build, which he loved, and I decided to share Enjoy.
