Japanese style build featuring large open floor plan on first level. Outdoor lighting contains small lanters as well as large hanging paper lanters on all 4 sides of the build.

Second and Third levels can also be used, simply add stairs or an elevator.

With this build there is a walkway going all the way around the main house/restaurant. Between the walkway and the main building is water, on all 4 sides with simple garden placements (bamboo, water lillies, cattails)

This build works perfect for any chinese/japanese themed restaurant. I've used it for one of my main businesses. Plenty of room for a kitchen area as well as a dining area, bar, podium section, and anything else you can think of. However, if you wanted to use it for some type of residence, I suppose you could always use the changeLotZoning cheat.

This build is unfurnished with the exception of the lighting, indoor and out. People's taste varies greatly on how they want a business set up, so i'll leave that up to you Enjoy
