This is the fifth lot in my British new-build series. It is on a smaller lot than the others (2x5) but includes 2 reception rooms and a study, as well as 4 bedrooms (1 en-suite).

The idea behind this lot was to make a house that would fit on a smaller lot, but still have plenty of room for a family. It uses the same formula, features and aesthetics as the other lots, but is a more affordable proprerty at only $76,000 unfurnished.

The lot is as usual, decorated and landscaped, and in 'ready to move into' condition inside (Golden carpets and white walls are a must for any self-respecting new home in England).
