Fawlty Towers - Requested-Decorated/Landscaped/Very Lightly Furnished

Hihi - I know someone already uploaded a smashing version but as I had started I thought I better finish it - its bad for my state of being to leave things unfinished and they torment me for years :D

This lot has been repackaged with Sims2Pack Clean Installer and contains no hacks, careers, or unwanted/unneeded files. My lots will not be offered as zip files as rar files compressed at the best rate reduce file size by at least an extra 25% - we all have a responsibility to help keep site costs down right?

The Fawlty Towers Hotel - based on the fabulous John Cleese TV show which only ran for 12 episodes but was so big and so funny it seems like 1200 episodes =) The hotel itself is based on a real building and I worked from the photos to get the outside happening - I also found floor plans of the actual show and built the interior to its basic specifications. There is a double driveway (of course the cars will stop at the end of the extension piece.

The ground floor contains a reception area, kitchen with adjoining staff locker room, a sumptuous dining room, a hall closet, an office, toilets, a drawing/reading room and a bar. Upstairs are 5 bedrooms each with an ensuite.

I don't have the time at the moment to do a fully furnished version but I have included a few custom objects - the most important being the hotel key/message unit. I have also placed some Maxis items and recolours to give you an idea of whats possible =) The roof angle has been reduced from the default 45 degrees to 35 degrees. Also included are sign recolours of all the signs that appeared in the show!

This lot could easily be converted for Community use and I think personally thats what I will be doing using this cheat:

Enter the lot
Get the console up using Shift+Control+C
Enter the following dialog: changeLotZoning community
Press enter
Save the lot and exit - it is now a Community lot. You will have to find the co0llection that allows you to buy the Community
phone to place on the lot. There is one on MTS2 somewhere.

Install using either TS2 Installer or Sims2Pack Clean Installer.
