And again a nice sized dutch home for your sims.



This house is based on a house in my town. I adjusted it so it would be great for your sims.



This house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a study. This room can be easily converted to a nursery if you need one.
On the first floor is a big livingroom with diningarea. The kitchen is big and has everything a sim needs.
On the side of the house is a large conservatory. Both the conservatory and the livingroom have french doors to the garden.
