Here's my second lot. It's a converted church with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 showerrooms and a gym. All this on 3 floors. It has 4 custom made floors and 1 custom made wall, NO hacks. Made with University.
It's on a 4x3 lot and costs just under 123.000. I played it for 2 generations and it's great.
