Oakridge Drive™ is my new series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
I'm very impressed with this home as I think my building skills are mediocre and normally I'd never try changing the elevation on my lots but I thought 'what the hey' and tried it and it turned out not half bad. I hope you like it too.

- partially furnished (all plumbing, lighting, some electronics, and counters)
