Please know that I had recieved e-mails saying this lot was causing problems. I couldn't determine what was wrong, so I've rebuilt the home and am hoping it works for all of you now. If the house gave you no problems then by all means keep playing or redownload if you want to be sure of no problems.

Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.


This house has:
- 3 bedrooms and 3 baths

- partially furnished (all plumbing, lighting, some electronics, and counters)

- style: country (I personally thought it was something else on first glance)

All kinds of comments are welcome.

Note out back on the covered deck there's a barbecue inside a counter, this barbecue does work perfectly, I playtested it myself.
