Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
Today I bring you a rather simple split-level design but I absolutely love it. As I've said before, I have an odd fascination with simple designed homes. So here it is with room to spare if you want to try and expand upon it. I hope you enjoy it!



This house has:
- 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 baths

- partially furnished (all plumbing, lighting, some electronics, and counters)

- style: Colonial
