Quaint bed & breakfast for your Sims to own & operate, with a private floor for the owner's family residence.
*Doors have been placed on the private level which can be locked to keep the family's residence private.*
Features two guest rooms, each with two single beds; and two larger guest suites, each with a double bed. All guest rooms have access to balconies. Also features a large cook-in kitchen with sunny dining room, a spacious activity area, a cozy living room, and a plant-filled solarium with a bird cage. Private residence features two bedrooms, two baths, an office study, and large play room that could be used as a third bedroom.

A few tips:

1. Restaurants don't generally work on residential lots without a lot of sparkly magic wand-waving, and Sims will not pay for food at a restaurant even on a community lot, if there is an active ticket machine on the lot. For some reason, they don't like paying twice, once for the food and once for the time while eating the food. Go figure! So there is not a restaurant in this B&B, instead the owner can cook the food for the guests (which is why I chose to go with the B&B theme.)

2. To get the guests to stay, you can use boolProp testingCheats to make the guests selectable and instruct them to sleep in the beds, or the owner can build relationships with the guests and then Propose-> Stay the Night, OR... 3. There is no Open & Closed sign on the lot, 'cuz this lovely place is always open!

UPDATED FOR BON VOYAGE 10/6/07

Changed lot zoning to Hotel; renovated private residence floor into four more guest rooms, updated guest room doors to (reservable) hotel room doors, renovated kitchen into restaurant, added concierge desk to activity room, and added wedding arch to solarium.
