Luxury Bed and Breakfast (+ house boat) - no CC

This bed and breakfast has 4 rooms:

- a house boat with a double bed, own kitchen and living room
- 2 small rooms with a single bed
- one room with a double bed

It also has a common kitchen so you can make food whenever you want.
All rooms has their own bathroom

The house boat might make your sims jump in levels, but not much to do about that

Fits perfect into Three Lakes.

I forgot to add speakers (if you like your sims to pick up foreign dance moves while being on vacation, this might be good to add)
