This is my first upload, so excuse me if I do something wrong.
I'm not sure which expansions packs have which items, I got all the EPs at the same time, so I ticked everything to be safe.

For just under ten thousand simoleans, this lot features a small apartment type building, with an utter lack of space, fully furnished. It has one bedroom, with a single bed, nightstand, and alarm clock.


The kitchen is just as small, and has a fridge, sink, dishwasher, and microwave. I figured anyone using this house probably wouldn't have a very high cooking skill level, and an oven would be more harmful than helpful.


The living room comes complete with a loveseat, color TV, radio, and dining set (table and chair).


The bathroom contains a shower (now with hot water too!) and a toilet. Unfortunately, in order to wash your hands after using the toilet, you have to use the sink in the kitchen.
