1 BR 1 BA Bachelor Pad on a 1x1 Lot, No CC [NOW NIGHTLIFE ONLY]

This is, in essence, the same as my 1BR 1BA Bachelor Pad, posted here, but made with Numenor's BaseGameStarter Pro v1.5b Nightlife Only. I'm just going to use the same text, with a few small alterations.

For just under ten thousand simoleans, this lot features a small apartment type building, with an utter lack of space, fully furnished. It has one bedroom, with a single bed, nightstand, and alarm clock.


The kitchen is just as small, and has a fridge, sink, dishwasher, and microwave. I figured anyone using this house probably wouldn't have a very high cooking skill level, and an oven would be more harmful than helpful.


The living room comes complete with a sofa, color TV, radio, and dining set (table and chair).


The bathroom contains a shower (now with hot water too!) and a toilet. Unfortunately, in order to wash your hands after using the toilet, you have to use the sink in the kitchen.
