Its a quaint little small town post office on a small lot with a pretend parking lot, restrooms, two parcel sending stations-available via Katy_76@pc-sims.com- and a coffee bar as all sims need their fix. Once you obtain the parcel point from pc-sims.com and place it on the available counters youll be able to send gifts to any sims you want. I found it pretty useful for those poor college sims.
