A VERY cozy house fit for two starter sims. Contains expensive beds and the most expensive stove, yet still well within the budget of a fledgling sim. Includes a telescope, bookcase, work-out machine, mirror and easel (covering all skills).

My first attempt at a budget house was a bit lack-luster, so I decided to have at it again. I used a significantly smaller lot size (1X1 lot by Andy8104) to save on simoleons, allowing me to splurge on useless but pretty ornamentation.

I still prefer my first budget house (Victorian House 6) for the simple fact that it actually has room for expansion. However, as a temporary house, this does very nicely, especially since it has a complete set of skill building objects. I just wouldn't have a sim live in it for too long.
