This lot is built on a 3x3 and requires OFB.

Under the Stars is a small Resturant I created for my business district. Someplace my sims could go after a long day at work and relax with outdoor dining. The fall colored trees you see in the photo are not included but can be downloaded at The Sims Resource. The resturant has a fountain, several dining tables, public restroom and seating thru out the park area.

Also, when uploading the lot make sure you have Sims Cleaner or WinRAR to open the file once you dowload it and if you use Q-Express and the lot doesn't show up you may have to download again without using Q-Express.
