Lot:

Your sims can park their Car at our Parkingspace, where the Entrance is for our NEW Baseball Stadion for kids! You have to go through the Clubhouse to reach the field.

Clubhouse:

Entrance, Toilets for Ladies & Gents, Small Kitchen with volunteers, they will help you to some refreshments.

Lockerroom with showers for our young Ones!

Park:

There are several Entrances to the Park, where you can relax and enjoy your view. For the hungry people, there is a possibility to prepair your meals on one of the BBQ's.
We have even 2 Campfires, if you want to warm yourself. For the Sportsfisherman, we have a great big Pond, where you can go fishing.
