When your sims want to go on vacation, but cannot afford the ocean view hotel, then the Cheapo Motel is the way to go. I use this lot for my University students Spring Break, LOL! ;P

Given a 2 simoleons rating (prices go down drastically, if you have cheaper custom content to furnish with), 6 rooms, lobby with dart board and social area, public bathrooms and showers, chess boards, exercise room, pool.

Great gameplay, hardly lags.
