I built this for my run down neighbourhood intending to make it cheap and sleazy but it turned out more generic, I figured people can make it up or down as they want.


Features:
Five different whoohoo places. Double bed, built in closet, photo booth, hot tub and sauna.
The front office has coffee and an electronics kiosk
A back room has snack machines and gaming machines
The small room next to the gaming room is meant as a laundry if some washers and dryers are added
or it could be turned into a public bathroom.
Grill around the back with fire alarm, table and chairs.

The Rooms:
Price: Rooms range in price from $224 to $427 and consist of two singles and eight double rooms.
Apart from the two singles each room has a double bed, phone for room service, built in closet, table and chairs and a en-suite bathroom.

If you place this into a regular hood sims can stay there as if they were in a holiday hood. There won't be a tour guide but there will be the desk clerk.

*This lot is zoned as a hotel, if you wish to edit the lot you will need to use the zoning cheat changelotzoning community save and go to hood view, reload the lot make your changes and change it back with changelotzoning hotel save and you are done.
