Do your elder sims need a new home? What about the old romance sim that's making trouble in the house they owned, because their grown up child came home to live with them, got married, and because old habits die hard, they find life unbearable in their lot. What about the fortune sim that worked hard for the living they made and just because they made a mistake, (caught on a date with some floozy), they have been made homeless?
