It is my 24th birthday on Sep 18th, 2007 and I like to give something to someone on my birthday --I prefere to to give than take-- and I made this lot to give to everyone at MTS2.


I try to make it the mix between Japanese&Chinese and Modern vs Traditional.

The theme colors are red & golden --red is chinese lucky color.


I made this lot by imagine that if I am a sim will I want to visite this lot and made it based on what I want in a community lot.

Put it near lake, sea, or ocean for great view from the restaurant like this.



It is separated into 3 buildings.

Main building has
- Far East food bar
- Tea Tables
- Mahjung tables

The tower has
- Indoor swimming pool
- Small shop with magazine, clothes, perfume, game, jewelries, survenirs from all 3 destinations --the cash manchine is from H&M Fashion Stuff, it is the only item from that SP--
- Karaoke machine on 3rd floor
- Disco on 4th floor with nice lights & dj booth

The back building has
- Gym
- Locker room for each gender with showers, suana & massage table in each room
- Hot spring
- Restaurant
