Sweet, demure and graceful, this ankle-length, flare-sleeved chemise of pale barely off-white linen features a charming sweetheart neckline stitched in golden thread and embellished with a tiny golden embroidered heart. The midrif waist and wide-flared sleeves are both trimmed with beautiful golden-thread embroidery. A bit of dainty white lace peeps from above the fitted bodice, to uhold the modesty of young lasses.

This chemise has been crafted to serve as an appropriate antique period undergarment, and alternately as a nightgown.
