10 Final Road - a starter home

Well, this is my first attempt at making a starter home. It has the basic furnishings a sim needs and thats about all. With plenty of room in this house, your sims can live modestly here for quite a while.
On the main floor, you can see the living room, a full bathroom and kitchen/dining room.
The second floor has a small hallway with 2 bedrooms and another bathroom.

Many thanx to Marvine for his curved stairway! It saves a LOT of space and money when creating basic homes. You should check it out, it is one of the best things i have seen in quite a while!
