When the snow is falling and the wind is blowing, wouldn't it be nice to get out of the cold and get something hot to drink in front of a fireplace? Well, Blizzard Espresso is the place to go! With 2 fireplaces, it is definitely warm enough for any sim to heat up. There should be some good company to enjoy over a nice cup of espresso, so enjoy the atmosphere and the warmth.

Well, basically, I made this place in one of my shopping centers where all it has there is winter, winter, winter and..... winter. 8)
If you have a piece of land built on a hillside (I have lots of them), make the best of it and use the terrain to your advantage. This lot is built on a hillside (obviously), and comes with plenty of stairs to gain access to the place. The main room has the espresso bar, a few tables and chairs, and of course a couch in front of each fireplace. You cant drink espresso without having to get rid of it eventually, so.. there is a mens and a ladies room at the rear of the building. Pretty basic, huh?
