Anyways... a few of my sims decided to move to a bigger place than what they had, so I had to make them a new home. I'm not as great a creator as many people I've seen here, but I try to be somewhat imaginative.
This house is one of my better Split Level homes. Only the main floor is furnished to give anyone who looks at the house an idea of the layout. Otherwise the house is sparsely furnished and mainly empty of belongings.
The backyard is good sized with a greenhouse and some fruit trees. There are 3 accesses to the backyard - french doors off of the entryway, glass doors out the entertainment room, and another set of glass doors out the basement swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (3 smaller bedrooms and 1 master bedroom with adjoining master bath) on the second floor. The main floor (upper) has the Kitchen/dining room, the entertainment room, an office/library, and a jacuzzi room. The main floor (lower) is the main entryway. In the basement is a one vehicle garage, a mens and ladies restroom (unfurnished) and swimming pool.
I figured for a small to medium lot, why use up yard space with a swimming pool when you can put it in the basement... 8)
I tried out some new walls of mine (I will post them separately later) to see how they would look.

First of all, to make my basement garages look nice, I have to thank roddyaleixo at MTS2 for his Invisible Driveway and extensions. Without the fine work of the creators here at MTS2, many of us would suffer... 8)

NOTE: You can distribute the walls and buildings as much as you like, but not to a site that requires you to pay. The creators of MTS2 have put alot of time and effort into their creations, so please dont take credit for other peoples work. Also, many creators like to have some feedback on the things they have created. Thank you again MTS2 for allowing me to post my creations at an excellent site where there are many outstanding people working to make Sims 2 a better experience!
