Hi everyone, long time no see . I haven't really have time 2 play sims these days.. It's juz that I'm in the mood of building house and here u r, my new creation Even though it's only a simple rectangle house, but i'm quite satisfied with it, and so my sims

Well, it's a starter house again, havin' a garage, 2 bedrooms w/ attached bathrooms, a cute balcony and a small little front garden(yay, so much for an under 20k house ). It's perfect for you sims who hav little cash yet wanting a modern house.. and yes, the garden is big enough for a swimming pool in the future, when your sims become richer :P

I didn't take long to build the house, but the budgeting part was the most tiring, for having a big house. So, after buying the house, your sims will only have 3 bucks to start a life with.. but i think you can sell off a few unnecessary things like windows, bushes, ect, for the sake of surviving before getting a decent job.



And yeah, the house is unfurnished, ... so sorry, may be i'm just not good at budgeting :p
