Cheap apartment for singles

I love to make houses with 8 sims, in order to increase the population and also to marry off them with my other sims so i just think of making a small apartment just for all the singles

Do u hav the same idea with me? having 8 sims with only 20,000? lazy to build a big house for them? Here you are, 8 small apartments which cost only 19,800!

Since it's a cheap apartment, i use cheap floorings and haven't painted the inside walls, too but if u have 8 sims with a decent daily income, painting walls and furnish the house should not be a problem, right



I've furinished one house with cheap stuffs, so u hav the idea what to put inside such a small space I used the dorm's door so everybody can have their own house so one won't come and take shower's in other's toilet :P
