This midwest style ranch is modeled after the home I grew up in...modified just a bit to fit into Sims2 and to play well. The house has three bedrooms of decent size, a full basement, a carport that extends over what will be a long driveway when concrete is poured, a living-dining room, a large kitchen, entry way, a fun room. and 1-1/2 baths..and it comes on a 3x4 lot. It is only $19,792. The catch? the furnishings are phone, bookshelf, couch, sink, toilet, small refrigerator and microwave. Get a job quickly!!!!! If you sell the couch and bookshelf, you can have a double bed.

The house I grew up in had rose bushes outside all along the front. Alas, putting in the roses would mean sleeping on the floor and eating dirt.
