This small house is intended as a starter for a sim who needs money for other things, like starting a business. It is a small one bedroom house, with basic furnishings for one. It sits on a nicely landscaped lot, with a small garden and fishable pond.
The former owner, Joe Miser, has left some paintings, a dusty old lamp some gypsy dropped off, a garden planted with eggplants and most likely some nourishing food in the fridge and juicer. Joe died at night, which has complicated getting good real estate pictures of the place. But at only $11,259--including basic furnishings, well, it should sell soon. Note that the place is cheap because of depreciation while Joe lived there. Well, except for replacing those two trees destroyed by lightning. Joe never got a chance to try cleaning up that lamp. Maybe the next owner can see if it is worth anything. By the way, this house works pretty good as a student house in University.
