This lot is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the style of victorian era architecture. It's also completely free of CC! I found a house floor plan dated to 1891 and based the layout on that, though I cropped the back end to make a smaller home. It still has quite a lot of breathing room for sims, with its long entryway and spacious bedrooms. There's no furnishing included.

I playtested a copy, checking the stairwell. Sims passed each other on the stairs and took their turns fine.
