Welcome to Bellamoon, an postcard perfect beachfront property in the idelic seaside town of the Moon Islands, complete with your own private beach!

The downstairs area boasts a huge island kitchen done out in a marine blue and white setting. The kitchen overlooks the pool so the kids can be kept an eye on while cooking in the kitchen. Downstairs is also the lounge room with a huge flat screen TV, not that your sims will be sending much time in the lounge room anyway with a private beach to play on! The back deck of the house is the best part of the down stairs area, complete with outdoor lounge and dining area it is a perfect part of the house to spend those balmy summer nights watching the sunset over the beach.



The upstairs area of the house is where the bedrooms are, all done out in tropical themes for the main and guest bedrooms and an under the sea theme for the kids room. There is also an upstairs deck which is where the chinese tea table is and is the perfect place to meditate in the morning.



The backyard houses your own pool complete with slide and stretches onto the beach with hammocks swinging from the trees and some sunlounges to spread out on, many a summer day can be spent playing in the sand and running from the sea to the pool.

The price of this delightful summer home is yours for just 144,940. This home is fully furnished and is a walk up for any sim with little to no work needed.

The lot is built on a 3x5 beach lot and has been play tested on a clone and works perfectly!

Just a warning that some of the furniture was placed off grid and on a 45 degree angle using boolprop cheats, so if you attempt to move any of the furniture it may not go back in the place it was before!
