Hello everyone!

After many hours of rearranging,I'm uploading By-the-Beach,

a spacious beach lot,which i've furnished fully,for sim families who prefer living all together under the same roof!

I,for one,prefer buliding and playing big residential lots due to the variety of possibilities that my sims get to have.The final lot differs quite much from the one i had initally built,for example there used to be a pool in the place of the playground.You can of course alter the lot by adding these features again!

The house has two floors and the rooms are as follows:

-three living rooms
-three bathrooms
-dining room
-kitchen
-work-out room with sauna
-three studies
-two nurseries
-four bedrooms(one of which is guestroom)
-garage
-a room reserved for hobbies'use

As far as the exterior in general is concerned,i've added a roof garden barbeque and a watch-tower (for astronomy-loving sims (or not!)).
The cosy terraces,i kept them mainly close to the mediterranean style,playing around with the awnings.All the balconies have a glorious view either to the neighbourhood or to the beach!
