When Greeks found Ibiza Island, they named it Pitiusa, island of pines.
This lot is inspired in the warm breeze of the Mediterranean Sea and my own childhood on its shores.
It has a garage (car included), swimming pool, and a nice garden to have siesta. There's a party zone with a bar near the swimmingpool.
The house has tree levels. It has a bedroom, 3 bathrooms, and a open terrace with a jacuzzi. The first level is a rest area where you can play cards or read a book in front of the sea.
I was thinking about an artist Sim or one with Fun Aspirations when I built the lot
Furnishings is from Maxis, except a cute mural from Mango's set Graffitti (http://mangosims2.free.fr)
I also used some terrains from Skye and Starrats and other fine artist, but I can't link them because they may came from one of the houses that I downloaded.

Cuando los Griegos encontraron la Isla de Ibiza, la llamaron Pitiusa, la isla de los pinos. Este lote está inspirado en la cálida brisa del Mar Mediterraneo y en mis propia infancia en sus orillas.
Tiene garaje, (coche incluído), un dormitorio, tres baños y una terraza abierta con un jacuzzi. El primer piso consta de un área de descanso donde jugar a las cartas o leer un libro mirando al mar.
Mientras la construía pensaba en un Sim artista, o en uno con Aspiraciones de diversión.
Todo el mobiliario es de Maxis, excepto un bonito mural procedente del Set Graffitti de Mango (http://mangosims2.free.fr)
También he usado terrenos creados por Skye, Starrats y otro maravilloso artista, pero por desgracia no puedo incluir sus links, ya que debo haberlos conseguido al descargarme alguno de sus lotes.
