I know the picture doesn't really show it, but this is a desert weather hack.
What this hack does is make all temperatures in all seasons generally warmer. It also decreases all snow, hail, and rain in Winter, Spring, and Summer.
This hack is in testing, so please report any bugs caused by this hack.
This hack works with all expansions and all hacks BUT my weather and temperature changing hacks.
