This hack makes it rain a lot more during Spring or Summer, depending on which one you download. That's all there is to it.
This hack works with any EP or SP. It should works with all other hacks, EXCEPT all of my other weather changing hacks, which you can see in my user profile.
Please report any bugs to me.
As you can see, there are three different downloads. Two of them include my More Winter Snow hack. Click here to read about my Winter Snow hack. ONLY DOWNLOAD ONE!
UPDATE
I made it rain less because it rained WAY too much.
