This is my first lot upload. I hope I do it right.

Like some of you, I like using mobile homes in many of my neighborhoods. This rural lot comes with a furnished, 1 bedroom/1 bath mobile home, a pond, and space for a driveway. I like using the invisible driveway in many of my rural lots, so it can have the appearance of a dirt drive. The invisible lot is not included in this file, but you can see by the picture where it would be placed. With this lot, you'll have enough funds to purchase a driveway and car. This home has about everything a Sim might need in a starter home, except for a creativity item. I'll leave that choice to you.

A copy of this lot was tested by a single female Sim for 9 days with no problems. She seemed to like it and enjoyed entertaining there.

This lot package is clean of custom content, except for 3 walls and 1 floor that I made. You can remove these before installing, if you don't want them. I've also packaged the walls and the floor individually, for those who might want them without the lot. There is also a file for the loveseat that is pictured. It's not packaged with the lot. It's a recolor, so you'll need CEP to see it in your game.
