Desert Estates is a multi-unit lot. The lot has three units (trailers/mobile homes). Two units have two bedrooms and one bath. One unit has one bedroom and one bath. Each unit has a driveway. The center unit has a patio area. The lot is landscaped with palm trees and cactus.

There is no custom content included in the lot, other than my walls (11) and floors (6).

I'm offering furnished ($60,270) and unfurnished ($30,157) versions of the lot. I think I forgot to put lights inside the blue trailer on the furnished version. This lot hasn't been play tested yet, but other than those missing lights I don't foresee any problems.
