Cactus Court is a multi-home desert lot. Think mobile home/trailer park. I have three or four of these type lots in my neighborhoods. This lot has three units. I've furnished one (the front unit). Two units are 2bedroom/1bath. The third unit is 3bedroom/1bath. The lot has a bunch o' cactus. Cacti? Hmmm. It has palm trees in the back. There are swings and a grill/picnic area. (Visiting Sims gravitate toward the swings, so if that annoys you, you might want to pull them out.) There is a driveway.

The file is clean EXCEPT for my walls/floors and one of my paintings. There are 19 of my walls and 10 of my floors. You can see the painting (Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies) in one of the pics. Yeah. That's some pretty wild retro wallpaper in that particular room. The other wallpapers on the lot are much tamer. As it's a recolor, I think you need CEP to see the picture in your game.

I tested the lot for 5 days with 1 Sim.
